Integrated BMS (Battery Management System) is primarily composed of the BMS master control board, BMU(battery management unit), high-voltage board, switching power supply, Hall sensors, DC contactors, microswitches, fuses, and power terminals, all integrated into a device.

This offers advantages like space-saving design, flexible installation, and cost-effectiveness, making it suitable for small-capacity batteries like LFP. The main application is charge-discharge management of LFP battery systems.

BMS Key Features: 

  • Each battery management unit (BMU) covers 15 battery strings, with a total of 5 battery management units for 75 battery strings.
  • There are 3 temperature collection probes for every 15 battery strings, totaling 15 probes.
  • Hall sensors are used for current collection, providing safe and reliable operation without heat generation.
  • SOC estimation error is less than or equal to 5%.
  • There is 1 CAN and 1 RS485 communication interface for inverter/PCS-BMS communication, as well as 1 Ethernet interface for connecting to the host computer software.
  • LED indicators show the working status (4-digit SOC, 1 operation indicator, 1 fault indicator).
  • 3 DIP switches are used to set the BMU address.
  • 3 dry contact outputs are provided.
